3. SKILLS AND MOTIVATION
- Personality Traits: I would describe myself as a helpful individual and a very kind. My strenghts are my most positive traits of my character. To be precise, I am very polite and respective when coming to talking and behaving with individuals in general. As well I am a very open driven individual which makes me think out of the box and solve any problem that may accour in my life. As for my weaknesses, we all humans have them. I would personally say that when it comes to failing something that I'm trying to achieve I get mad and sometimes nervous. Which of course makes me loose motivation for a period of time and close my self in thinking.Last and major weakness of myself that everyday I try to work on it is that sometimes is that I have hard time letting go of tasks until finished, even If I'm being told so.To conclude with, my key personality trait is that I can handle pressure situation with a clear state of mind. I never over react or become nervous when the situation become hards or intensive. As I have a lot of experience on this field,I managed to learn and outmastered how to handle that type of situations.
- Skills and Abilities: I would say that my past experience as a Law Enforcment officer taught me a lot of usefull skills on how to become a better version of yourself. I was a police officer grade three, working for the Police Department of Los Santos. During my years there, I learned usefull skills and techniques on how to approach different situations without escalating things. As well, on how to use the law as a law enforcement officer when it comes to hard and pressure situation. So I always avoided going hand to hand combats, because I always feel that speaking and communicating is the master skill on deescalating situations which I think is the biggest and most challenging achievement I ever learned.
- Why do you wish to join the San Andreas Sheriff's Department? As a kid my grandfather was a sheriff deputy working for the red county district.As a kid, I always had him as an idol and had a special love for him.When he passed out on, I just couldn't forget the stories he would tell me about the love he received in the Sheriff department and how he protected the citizens of the county by the criminals.So, I would say I wish to join the Sheriff Department, because I think it's my destiny to become a deputy and help the individuals who are really in need of a protective force. By decreasing the criminality rate we offer a safe environment not only for us but for our future genarations too.
- What do you hope to contribute to the San Andreas Sheriff's Department? I would love to contribute a lot to the Sheriff Department.Mostly I would love to contribute my time. I would like to offer my time on learning how to operate and become an exceptional deputy.I think that knowledge is the most crucial thing in our workfare.

- Do you have any prior law enforcement or emergency services experience? If yes, please elaborate: Yes I have experience on law enforcement. I was in FBI CID, FBI HRT, LSPD (POIII), SWAT (METRO), SAFD SV, SAFD CMD. So the most recentis that I was a police officer for like 3 months approxemately and was in the RU division.I had to resign for personal reasons. And I am an active SAFD Supervisor for more than 1,5 years.
