I, Kacper Kowalski, will serve as the representative of the State of San Andreas in the prosecution of Darryl Williams.
I. OPENING STATEMENT
On the 4th of October, Darryl Williams, leader of the criminal gang Avalon Gangster Crips, approached Officer Leona Decker, attempting to recruit her into his organization. This encounter provided law enforcement with an opportunity to initiate an undercover investigation into the gang, its leader, and its members.
The Avalon Gangster Crips are engaged in a wide range of serious criminal activities, including armed robberies and murders, which occur on a near-daily basis.
As part of the ongoing investigation, our undercover officer gathered crucial evidence of Darryl Williams personally handling and storing large quantities of weapons and narcotics at the gang's headquarters which is located at Jefferson, 865.
Based on Officer Decker’s evidence regarding the storage of illegal items, a search warrant was requested and approved by Police Captain Tyron Synder under SA-PSC § VI.1 for the search of the property at Jefferson as named above. Upon executing the warrant, the following illegal items were seized:
- M4 rifle, loaded with 150 rounds
- Sniper rifle, loaded with 35 rounds
- Combat shotgun, loaded with 59 rounds
- 21 cases of AK-47 rifles
- 4 blocks of C4 explosives
- 2 cases of grenades
- 16 cases of M4 rifles
- 14 doses of Oxycodone
- 10 doses of Percocet
- 12 doses of Xanax
