2. PROCESS
Suspension appeals are reviewed by Supervisory Staff of the San Andreas Police Department and are only for Volunteers. If an official member has been suspended from duty, he must appeal the decision through the Command Staff.
Blacklist appeals are reviewed by the Command Staff of the San Andreas Police Department. You may only appeal your blacklist once, and if denied without any specified time limit, you must wait at least three months before attempting another appeal. Failure to abide by the time limits imposed in the blacklist or appeal resolution will result in additional blacklist time.
