Administrative Decree #0002
Subject: Recognition of Hospitallers & Established Regulations


◾1. Structure and Recognition
Hospitallers are recognised by the San Andreas Fire Department and State Government to operate within the lands of the San Andreas State as non-profitable organization aimed to provide healthcare and assist all citizens. Their headquarters are located at El Quebrados Hospital and they are headed by the Grand Master. They were assigned uniforms, equipments and vehicles, specifically:
1. Vehicles
- Black Rancher with White Cross and Black Ambulance with White Cross, with emergency identifications as stated in SA-PSC § II.3.1. Emergency Services Vehicles;
2. Uniforms
- Volunteer and doctor uniforms used in combination with other accessories.

◾ 2.1 Jurisdiction in the State of San Andreas
The regulations of this organization are set by the Grand Master within the said area of Bone County and Tierra Robada. Moreover, all the medics with the rank of Hospitallers are allowed to patrol outside their jurisdiction established by theHospitallers Recognition Act. In this case, Hospitallers are considered simple Volunteers, consequently they must follow the SAFD Regulations and they must answer to SAFD officials, and no longer to the Order. Finally, Hospitallers cannot use all the equipment provided by the Grand Master outside of their jurisdiction.

◾2.2 Employment Restrictions
It is not allowed to be part of the SAFD if you are already part of the Hospitallers ((even if on different Characters)). To be a SAFD Official, you must therefore not be part of Hospitallers or leave the organization since this goes against the interests of the department.
