Traffic & Parking Enforcement Ordinance No. 100-A
"Restricted Parking Zones and Vehicle Obstruction Act"
Section 1 – Purpose
To preserve public safety, ensure unimpeded emergency response, and maintain pedestrian accessibility.
Section 2 – Prohibited Parking Zones
It is unlawful to park any civilian motor vehicle in the following areas:
2.1 San Andreas Police Department Parking directly in front of, adjacent to, or within the perimeter of SAPD headquarters is prohibited for all unauthorized vehicles.
2.2 San Andreas Fire Department - No civilian vehicle may obstruct, park near, or enter SAFD station bays, driveways, or emergency access zones.
2.3 San Andreas Sheriff's Department - No civilian vehicle may obstruct, park near, or enter SASD station bays, driveways, or emergency access zones.
2.4 San Andreas Highway Patrol, FBI, SANG - No civilian vehicle may obstruct, park near, or enter SAHP, FBI, SANG station bays, driveways, or emergency access zones.
2.5 Public Sidewalks and Pavements Parking on any sidewalk, pedestrian path, or paved walkway designated for foot traffic is forbidden.
2.6 Emergency Vehicle Zones It is strictly prohibited to park a civilian vehicle in any space, lane, or parking zone clearly marked "EMERGENCY VEHICLES ONLY" or any variation thereof.
2.7 Vehicle Parking On Public streets - Vehicles are to park with two wheels on the tarmac(road), and two wheels on the pavement, example below

Section 3 – Enforcement & Penalties
Violations of this ordinance are subject to the following enforcement actions:
3.1 Vehicle Impoundment - Any civilian vehicle parked in violation shall be towed and impounded for a period no less than 7 days at the registered owner's expense.
3.2 Monetary Fine The registered owner shall be issued a fine of no less than $5,000, payable to the Los Santos Department of Revenue.
3.3 Repeat Violations Repeat offenders may be subject to vehicle registration suspension, driving license review, or increased impound durations.
Section 4 – Exceptions
The following vehicles and circumstances are exempt from this ordinance:
Authorized SAPD, SASD, SAFD, and EMS vehicles on official duty
Civilian vehicles with express written permission from the Office of the Mayor, the Chief of Police, or the Fire Chief for events or the likes of it.
