Lawyer Application Process
The First Judicial Court of San Andreas will, from now on, be taking back the leadership and manage the state licensed attorney applications, commonly known as "Lawyers". The Court House is the only entity that may and shall approve the applications, and in order to obtain a lawyer license you must meet the following requirements that were set by the Court House.
Only licensed attorney by San Andreas Court, allowed to perform legal consultation, such as: Citizens requesting attorney to represent during interrogation/Court procedures. In other words, State Licensed Attorney are the only authorized individuals to conduct legal affairs in the State of San Andreas.
To become a lawyer, you must fill an application, following a criteria, once you have been accepted into the evaluation process, you will be invited to a private chamber to conduct a written exam, if you succeed at it, you will be called once again for an oral exam to complete the process and successfully become a certified lawyer within the State of San Andreas.
The license does not expire once obtained, the license can only be revoked under certain conditions that involve violations of either the law or the court procedures, and other relevant violations
- Criteria before filling an application;
- You must possess a passport and a driver's license.
- Must be proficient in speaking, writing, and understanding the English language.
- You must be a legal citizen with no previous convictions within the last 3 months.
- You must have knowledge of the Constitution, state law and federal law.
- You must have knowledge of exercising the law.
- You must pass the evaluations exam set by the Courthouse.
