UNDERSHERIFF Deonte Clemons
Deonte’s background is steeped in calculated leadership. He doesn’t need to speak loudly to control a room, he lets his presence, precision, and results do the talking. AREA COMMANDER Weston Lockeheed
After briefly rising through the ranks, Weston Lockeheed was then named Sheriff of the San Andreas Sheriff's Department in 2022 during it's second administration. After retiring from law enforcement, Commander Lockeheed then made a return back into law enforcement by joining the ranks of the San Andreas Highway Patrol becoming it's eventual Lieutenant. Commander Lockeheed then rejoined the Sheriff's Department once more to offer his expertise.
He believes in hard work, determination, common sense and has a no nonsense policy. He firmly believes the principle of patience with new folks and guiding them accordingly so they may learn the trade.
Promoted to Area Commander, Lockeheed now steps into command for the daily operations of the department on behalf of the executive team.
Despite the demands of the job, Lockeheed remains grounded, valuing integrity, accountability, and teamwork. His career reflects a commitment not just to enforcing the law, but to protecting the people and maintaining order in a place where unpredictability is part of everyday life.
CAPTAIN Adel Lordran
When he reemerged in 2023, it wasn’t with fanfare. It was with quiet resolve and that familiar fire behind the badge. Now, a year into his renewed service, Adel brings with him the weight of the past and the hunger for what lies ahead. He doesn’t speak much about where he went—but his work says he’s right where he belongs.
CAPTAIN Hammad Hilton
Whether navigating hostage negotiations or coordinating disaster response, Noah's ability to assess a situation in seconds made him invaluable. His reputation for precision and compassion followed him wherever he went, not just as a skilled officer but as someone who never forgot the people behind the badge and the community they swore to protect.
CAPTAIN Edward McMillan
Now working his way up the ranks, Edward doesn’t ask for shortcuts. He thrives on structure and builds momentum through action. Fellow deputies know that when Edward’s on scene, the chaos feels a little more manageable. The room steadies. And the mission becomes clear.

Lieutenant Franklin Grey
He provides authoritative guidance on matters of law, policy and compliance, ensuring that departmental operations remain aligned with statutory and constitutional requirements. He also represents the Sheriff's Department in court, defends the department in civil lawsuits and legal claims.
With expertise in litigation and risk management, Franklin safeguards the integrity of the department, translating complex legal frameworks into clear, actionable direction for leadership and deputies alike.
Lieutenant Flavius Belisarius
Having recently been promoted from being Principle inspector, he now has a more authoritative role within the department offering his expertise in the criminal investigation sector of the department.
Lieutenant Belisarius also serves as a team leader on the Special Enforcement Bureau, the tactical wing of the Sheriff's Department. He is also stationed to the East Los Santos Station and serves on the Canine detail.
SERGEANT Simon Gofrowsky
Whether negotiating with a barricaded suspect or mentoring troubled youth, Simon never wavered in his commitment to fairness and understanding. His presence alone carried a quiet authority—firm but never unkind, always willing to listen before he acted.

OVERSEER Weston Lockeheed
As Overseer of the Special Operations Bureau, Weston acts the go between Sheriff's Department Executive staff and operators. He brings vst experience from being a previous Division Commander for the San Andreas Police Department's S.O.B. managing the S.W.A.T.
COMMANDER Dale Pierce
Dale Pierce's plethora of tactical experience will prove invaluable to the Special Enforcement Bureau. Dale brings strong leadership, patience and tactical awareness to the team.
He is able to operate under high stress environments and successfully execute stated mandates without fail.
DEPUTY COMMANDER - Niko Azota
Niko Azota has a no nonsense approach to tactical teams. He is a firm hand that demands the best out of any team he commands. He brings a plethora of experience in tactical stratagem.
