I have some experience in law enforcement from SAPD and SASD but I have not been in law enforcement for a very long time. Because of that I know that I still have a lot to learn and I am willing to put in the effort to improve myself.

I am interested in joining Highway Patrol because I like the way the department works and I think it would be a good opportunity for me to learn more and gain experience. I am especially interested in the highway side of law enforcement and the responsibilities that come with it.

If I get accepted, I will take the position seriously follow the orders of my superiors and do my best to be a good member of the department. I am also open to feedback and willing to improve whenever I make mistakes.

I would describe myself as a calm friendly and responsible person. I like working with other people and I am always willing to help when I can. I am also someone who listens to others and takes advice seriously especially when I am learning something new.
