My motivation for joining the San Andreas Fire Department is to serve and protect the people of this city. I want to be someone that the community can depend on during emergencies. I???m motivated by the sense of duty, teamwork, and discipline that comes with being a firefighter and paramedic. The idea of saving lives, responding under pressure, and making a real difference drives me. I also want to gain experience, learn from senior members, and grow within a department that values professionalism, courage, and helping others.

To me, being a Firefighter or Paramedic means being the person people call when there are bad disasters. It???s about courage, quick thinking, and putting the safety of others before yourself. Whether it???s entering a burning building, treating an injured civilian, or calming someone in a crisis, the job is about saving lives and protecting property. It requires teamwork, discipline, and compassion. It???s not just responding to calls, it???s being dependable, professional, and ready to serve the community 24/7, no matter the situation.
