The First Judicial District Court recognises this Federal case as submitted by
FBI Special Agent in Charge Steven Collin on behalf of
Federal Bureau of Investigations. Let it be recognised that the court has assigned this case ID # CV-
184. The evidence provided in the initial documentation provided by the federal prosecution against Mr. Charles Mctavish, henceforth the Defendant, is deemed as sufficient and removes any possibility for summary dismissal.
I. FINDINGS
The evidence provided in the initial documentation provided by the federal prosecution against Charles Mctavish, henceforth the Defendant, has been reviewed and has found it sufficient enough to proceed with the charges against the Defendant. The court finds Mr. Charles Mctavish
GUILTY.
The Court finds Mr. Charles Mctavishto be in violation of the following state and federal law(s), as outlined by the Plaintiff:
(1) Controlled items are weapons or substances whose possession, manufacture, or distribution is restricted or prohibited under federal law.
(2) Controlled substances are classified as follows:
(A) Class A Substances: Cannabis Indica, Cannabis Sativa;
(B) Class B Substances: Heroin, Methamphetamine;
(C) Class C Substances: Cocaine;
(D) Class D Substances: Xanax, Percocet, Oxycodone
(4) Any person in possession of money or items that were stolen from an ATM or a bank shall be imprisoned for no less than 5 years and no more than 15 years
(4) Federal Prohibitions and Maximum Limits
(A) No person may possess or manufacture any quantity of the controlled substances listed under USC VII (E)(2), unless explicitly permitted by applicable state law within the federal limits defined below.
(B) No person may possess or manufacture any quantity of the controlled weapons listed under USC VII (E)(3).
(1) Any person who knowingly, voluntarily, or intentionally gives assistance to another in (or in some cases fails to prevent another from) the commission of a crime. An accomplice shall receive the same prison sentence or a monetary fine as the principal.
(2) A no fly zone can be imposed by the United States Navy & Air Force when:
(A) At all times over military installations;
(2) Any person which is trespassing a restricted part of a federal building or its premises shall be fined no less than $1,000 and no more than $50,000 or imprisoned for no more than a year.
Parking an aircraft outside of a recognized airstrip or one of the helipads throughout San Andreas is a serious offence. Exceptions apply to governmental workers during their operations. Failure to obey the parking law of aircraft is punishable by a fine, or a jail sentence.
A person who, without proper authorization, enters any government-managed facility, or restricted section of a public government building that is secured with the intent of keeping non-authorized personnel out due to a security or safety hazard.
II. RULING
The court finds Mr. Charles Mctavish guilty of the aforementioned crime(s) as per the evidence provided by the Plaintiff, his revised settlement, therefore he is sentenced to:
- The defendant be sentenced to a minimum of 20 years of imprisonment
- The Defendant to be monetary fined : $25,000,000
- The property NR 1307 to be permanently seized and forfeited to the federal government.
- The Property NR 236 to be condemned and the cultivation equipment destroyed
- The helicopter (Model: Maverick) to be seized for 2 months.
- The Defendant has period of seven (7) days to fulfill the 2nd point, an amount of 10% interest is added for every 24 hours passed after the time limit is over in case the Defendant's net-worth had not been processed as ordered.
- The Defendant can pay the amount stated whenever he want within the given time limit directly to the Government Bank ((Group Account)) ID#1. ((Ensure to provide screenshot of the payment in that case to my Discord DMs or Forum PM me the transfer))
- The time period specified in the second point begins on August 8, 2026, at 3:00 CET and ends on August 15, 2026, at 3:00 CET. Failure to meet this deadline will result in the Court ordering further asset seizures, as outlined in the sixth point.
