3. SKILLS AND MOTIVATION
- Personality Traits: I would say I like being a servant to others and to serve them not to be serve, show some support, and be a leader. My strengths is definitely being able to control my feelings that whenever someone wrongs me, I'll take it as an advice that for me to not do it again, I'm more like spiritual kind of guy that I should not trust myself, my thoughts and my feelings and to do what is right and good. My weakness is sometimes I fell on my feelings on losing patience but I'm still developing myself. I would love to be encourage by some Sheriffs as well, High Rankers and anyone.
- Skills and Abilities: My skills and abilities are definitely communication, being able to lead others, encourage others and most likely to support others if they failed something, I would be able to correct them with intentions, patience, and care. This creates an opportunity for me to show and represent to my fellow Sheriffs and anyone in San Andreas.
- Why do you wish to join the San Andreas Sheriff's Department? I wish to join San Andreas Sheriff Department because I want to enforce the law by arresting, and making peace within the whole San Andreas. I do also like to be apart with this Department to be able to encourage others, support others, and show my skills & abilities that they deserved not just to my any other Sheriffs but also to anyone around San Andreas because law enforcement isn't just about are arresting, killing criminals, etc it's all about encouragement, being a servant, to show them care and love, and to represent myself as a Law Enforcer. I also wished to join San Andreas Sheriff Department for me to be able to make peace with anyone in this State by making them follow the regulations, laws, etc in this State but I'm not gonna promise to make it but I'll try to do it every single time, and to be able to participate with any kind of events such as trainings, operations, etc for me to be able to experience what really is the Law enforcement.
- What do you hope to contribute to the San Andreas Sheriff's Department? The only things that I can contribute to this Department is to be able to encourage my fellow Sheriffs, to be able to support them if they made mistakes, to be able to serve this Department and to represent my character for this Department with patience, peace and truth.
