What are you motivations for joining the San Andreas Fire Department? [Minimum 50 words]
My motivation for becoming a firefighter was to atone for a past mistake. I committed unintentional manslaughter by carelessly throwing a cigarette butt in a gasoline-smeared area. At that time, 32 people were injured and 20 died. I served a prison sentence of 7 years and 2 months for my unintentional mistake. That's why I enlisted in the fire department to atone for my past guilt.

Describe with your own words, what does it mean to be a Firefighter or alternatively, a Paramedic [Minimum 50 words]:
A firefighter's primary responsibility is to fight fires, but they also handle more complex accidents such as collisions between cars and trucks carrying gasoline, fallen trees, fallen poles, and airplane crashes.
Firefighters and paramedics are part of the same agency, but paramedics' primary responsibility is to save lives in critical situations.
