- Why do you wish to join the National Guard?: I wish to join the National Guard to serve the country throughout my life and make sure citizens feel safe knowing we are here to protect them. Being part of the Guard means standing ready to help whenever needed. I???ve always wanted to be part of it, but due to other responsibilities, I couldn???t stay long before. This time, there will be no compromise, I???m fully committed to my duty and ready to serve the country with everything I have.
