I. OPENING STATEMENTThe legal counsel of the San Andreas Police Department has assigned Mr.Oscar Florence for this prosecution against Mr.Tony Castro.
Your honor,
On March 21st, 2025, at 23:46 CET. The Detective Bureau received a tip from Lt. Chris Harris about an individual found in possession of a huge quantity of illicit marked US bills. The bureau assigned Dt. Rutherford to the case accordingly and further investigations commenced on the subject mentioned.
On March 29th, 2025, subsequent to obtaining and presenting a duly signed search warrant, the Bureau conducted a lawful search of the subject’s properties. During the execution of the warrant, additional illicit substances were discovered in the subject’s possession, along with military-grade weaponry and other contraband items prohibited to possess. These items were seized by the Bureau in accordance with legal procedures. Accordingly, the subject was arrested pursuant to an arrest warrant.
The subject was subsequently interrogated, during which a signed confession was obtained, substantiating the charges against him beyond any reasonable doubt. Following the interrogation, the subject was placed in a holding cell and remains in custody pending prosecution.
