State of San Andreas v. Tony Castro
I. OPENING STATEMENT
The legal counsel of the San Andreas Police Department has assigned Mr.Oscar Florence for this prosecution against Mr.Tony Castro.

Your honor,
On March 21st, 2025, at 23:46 CET. The Detective Bureau received a tip from Lt. Chris Harris about an individual found in possession of a huge quantity of illicit marked US bills. The bureau assigned Dt. Rutherford to the case accordingly and further investigations commenced on the subject mentioned.

On March 29th, 2025, subsequent to obtaining and presenting a duly signed search warrant, the Bureau conducted a lawful search of the subject’s properties. During the execution of the warrant, additional illicit substances were discovered in the subject’s possession, along with military-grade weaponry and other contraband items prohibited to possess. These items were seized by the Bureau in accordance with legal procedures. Accordingly, the subject was arrested pursuant to an arrest warrant.

The subject was subsequently interrogated, during which a signed confession was obtained, substantiating the charges against him beyond any reasonable doubt. Following the interrogation, the subject was placed in a holding cell and remains in custody pending prosecution.

The First Judicial District Court recognized this criminal case as submitted by Detective Oscar Florence on behalf of San Andreas Police Department on Monday April 14, 2025 5:53 PM.
Let it be recognized that the court has assigned this case ID # CV-0132.

I. FINDINGS
The evidence provided in the initial documentation provided by the state prosecution against Mr. Tony Castro, henceforth the Defendant, has been reviewed and has found it sufficient enough to proceed with the charges against the Defendant. Considering that Mr. Tony Castro has pleaded guilty in accordance with the settlement offer by the Plaintiff and the evidence proves beyond doubt that the Defendant is guilty.
The Court finds Mr. Tony Castro to be in violation of the following state laws, as outlined by the Plaintiff:
  • SA-PSC § VI.1. Possession of an illegal substance
    - SA-PSC § VI.1. Possession of Heroin
    - SA-PSC § VI.1. Possession of Cannabis Indica
    - SA-PSC § VI.1. Possession of Oxycodone

II. RULING
The court finds Mr. Tony Castro guilty of the aforementioned crime(s) as per the evidence provided by the Plaintiff, his guilty plea & revised settlement, therefore he is sentenced to:
  • 10 years in a state penitentiary. (( 1 hour ))
  • 20% seizure of the Defendant's net worth totaling: $4,200,000.
  • The Defendant has period of seven (7) days to fulfill the 2nd point, an amount of 10% interest is added for every 24 hours passed after the time limit is over in case the Defendant's net-worth had not been processed as ordered.
  • The Defendant can pay the amount stated whenever he want within the given time limit directly to the Government Bank ((Group Account)) ID#1. ((Ensure to provide screenshot of the payment in that case to my Discord DMs or Forum PM me the transfer))
  • The time stated in the 2nd point starts from 15th of April 2025 23:40 CET and ends at the 29th April 2025 23:40 CET. Failure to meet the deadline will result in the Court ordering further asset seizures as outlined in the 3rd point.
